GSA Revises Mass Mod Login Process

For our GSA clients: Multi-factor authentication for mass mods went into effect on July 21, 2018.

The new process: After entering the contract number and mass mod PIN on the Vendor Support Center website, users will be prompted to select their e-mail addresses from a list of those currently associated with the contract. A secondary PIN will be sent to the selected e-mail address. This secondary PIN must be used within 20 minutes in order to access the application.
